What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return shipping

Vibe Dwell pays return shipping on all authorized returns. We send you a prepaid return label or arrange a freight pickup.

2. Changed your mind?

Return the item unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. We refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We send a replacement or refund you in full, with no restocking fee.

4. Damage to returned items

If an item comes back used, damaged or with parts missing for reasons not caused by us, the cost of that damage is deducted from the refund.

5. Refund timing

We process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Available in three depth options, the Evolution Shelf is designed as a slim steel overlay that securely snaps into place on compatible Evolution Wine Wall systems in just seconds, providing an effortless way to customize and elevate your display.

Evolution Shelf Features & Specifications

Dimensions & Load Capacity

The Evolution Shelf does not alter the overall dimensions of the Evolution Wine Wall rack to which it is attached. It is compatible with Evolution Wine Wall products and supports:

  • Up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) when installed on wood-backed surfaces or Evolution Wine Wall Posts.
  • Up to 25 lbs (11.3 kg) when installed directly on drywall.

Included Components

When selecting "Yes" for Wall Mounting:

  • Evolution Wine Wall 5" rack in the selected bottle depth
  • Matching Evolution Shelf
  • All required Evolution Wine Rods and mounting components

No additional products are required for installation.

When selecting "No" for Wall Mounting:

  • Evolution Shelf only in the selected size

This option is intended for installations where an existing Evolution Wine Wall rack is already in place, or when adding a shelf to other Wine Wall heights such as 15", 30", or 45" configurations.

Enhanced Display Versatility

Designed to fit directly over Evolution Wine Rods, the Evolution Shelf provides a practical platform for displaying items that are not typically suited to horizontal bottle storage. Available in three depth configurations, it integrates seamlessly into existing Wine Wall displays.
