Shipping Time and Delivery Expectations

Shipping times vary depending on the product size 
and type:

- Small items: 4–7 business days
- Large items (grills, fireplaces, outdoor appliances): 7–14 business days via LTL freight, 
 delivered curbside by appointment.

If any delays are expected beyond these time frames, we will notify you promptly.
