Shipping Time and Delivery

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing:

• Small items: 4 to 7 business days
• Large items (grills, fireplaces, outdoor appliances): 7 to 14 business days by LTL freight, delivered curbside by appointment

If we expect a delay beyond these time frames, we notify you by email. See our Shipping Policy.

Where do orders ship from?

Vibe Dwell is an online-only retailer. Orders ship directly to you from US warehouses operated by the brands we carry and by our distribution partners.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and we provide a prepaid return label. Change-of-mind returns are refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are replaced or refunded in full when reported within 7 days of delivery. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have shipped. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@vibe-dwell.com. Orders that have already shipped fall under our Return and Refund Policy.
