What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return shipping

Vibe Dwell pays return shipping on all authorized returns. We send you a prepaid return label or arrange a freight pickup.

2. Changed your mind?

Return the item unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. We refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We send a replacement or refund you in full, with no restocking fee.

4. Damage to returned items

If an item comes back used, damaged or with parts missing for reasons not caused by us, the cost of that damage is deducted from the refund.

5. Refund timing

We process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

VintageView’s proprietary mounting system utilizes commercial-grade steel supports to provide exceptional strength and stability on both drywall and wood-backed surfaces.

The 15-inch-tall 2C section (3 bottles high by 2 bottles wide) serves as an attractive standalone wine display or can be combined with other Evolution Wine Wall heights to create a fully customized storage solution tailored to your space.
