What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return shipping

Vibe Dwell pays return shipping on all authorized returns. We send you a prepaid return label or arrange a freight pickup.

2. Changed your mind?

Return the item unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. We refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We send a replacement or refund you in full, with no restocking fee.

4. Damage to returned items

If an item comes back used, damaged or with parts missing for reasons not caused by us, the cost of that damage is deducted from the refund.

5. Refund timing

We process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Designed to secure any Helix Post System to a wall at either the top or bottom of the display, this bracket enables creative installation configurations while maintaining a sleek, floating aesthetic with a 2-inch (5 cm) offset from the wall.

Designed for use with VintageView’s Helix Wine Racks, it allows for sophisticated installations against glass walls, decorative stone or tile surfaces, or as elegant room dividers, delivering exceptional design versatility for both residential and commercial spaces.

What's Included

Each package includes one (1) Helix 2" Standoff Bracket, all necessary assembly hardware, and detailed installation instructions. For installations requiring support at both the top and bottom of a post, two brackets are recommended.
